The highly successful career of the Wiesel 1 weapon carrier in the German Army called for further specialised variants on this chassis. Consequently a new range on stretched chassis (Wiesel 2) was launched and introduced. This publication concludes the study ‘5022 - Wiesel 1' by showing the following versions:
